Did pretty well this morning at Fourth of July. Started out the day fishing jigs with some night crawler on the end (Didn't have any maggots) and didn't do too well. My girlfriend had a few hits, but no hookups. After a while I switched to chartreuse green power bait and hooked into a big one. It peeled drag initially for a solid 15 seconds before slowing down. I fought her for almost five minutes before I could get her in. She went 21.5 inches and was full of eggs. I could barely get my bait back into the water before I hooked another one, this one going 20 inches. That was all we caught before we had to leave. Fish were both super shallow.

@tyler_niles_15 the only place I go to that I have faith that they will always carry maggots is the White Elephant. They're the only place I know that always has them in stock.
