This Pond sits at the mouth of the Yakima Canyon. Been here twice now,
did great the first time. this last time not so well. Caught (4) fish
in a three hour period. (7) people fishing. Used Power bait and night
crawlers. Besides the usual planted 'bows the pond holds Yellow perch
Pumpkinseed Sunfish and possibly some Crappie. Sunfish were nesting up
for the spawn, my son was having to much fun catching them. Floating
devices are not allowed on the pond.
P.S.- used to live across from the Woodhouse ponds (closest to E'burg)
never was stocked with bass for tourneys, just a natural occurring
Phenom and that was during the 60's.
