This report is for Sunday, and Monday. The walleye bite has really been off the charts in both numbers and size. Both days I limited on walleye before noon. They seemed to bite about anything I put out there.Even after I caught my limit I managed to catch and release many more speed trolling for rainbows at 3.4 mph out in front of medicare beachwith leadcore and a rip n minnow in perch.I have never caught a walleye at that speed before.Did manage a decent 5 lb bow too that made several acrobatic leaps and runs before winding up in the net.Oh ya the perch were there in force too.I took home 30 decent ones for 2 days fishing.Went through about 10 dozen crawlers.Came home and had fish & chips.Walleye size varied different spots on the dunes. The west end put out the numbers for bigger size but the biggest fish around 27 inches came closer to the crab creek side.Used 2 oz bottom walkers with about any color worm harness. They're not too picky right now.I tried to stay in the 13-23 ft range at about 1.2-1.5 mph for the walleyes

thanks for the great report . Is anyone catching any on lake Roosevelt ? from Keller to two rivers ?? Have caught some rainbow but no walleye . I try to keep an eye on the reports as I am trying to figure out how to fish here in the great northwest. Its painfully obvious I need all the help I can get.
