With the big game only a few hours away I had to get out and do something. So rather then pace around the house I decided to go break in the new downriggers.

Took a while to figure out what the fish wanted but after an hour or so the winning combo was a 4.4" Double D dodger and one of my custom gold/silver Macks wedding rings. Fished 100' behind the boat and 7' down on the wire. End up with 8 keepers all around 13" and fat! Kicked back a few little guys so I called it a day with legally having caught my ten fish limit. Lost a very nice trout right at the boat due to a failed netting attempt (yes even the professionals mess up). Caught a hook on the outside of the net and it bust off. It wasnt "hot" fishing but it was still fun!

I am starting to book Lake Stevens trips for April so if you wanna get on the books, let me know! I will also be fishing American around that time.

Nice! Zack has a new boat everyone. The drift boat did the job fine, but this new boat will be even better! Zack, shot me a couple pics and I'll add it to your report.

Rseas- I got a 2005 Customweld Cobra. 20 feet of American Muscle! And 425 horse to help push it through the water, and a 56 gallon fuel tank that seems to have a hole in it. Thing is always on empty

You did way better than I did on Saturday. Super foggy and went 0/2. The fog was so thick I had to rely on the HDS-5 to navigate.
