Hit the big lake bright and early. Only had a couple of hours to fish so I headed over to my favorite spot in Moss Bay. Lines wet, wire down to 25 ft and in 5 minutes I hook my first fish. Nice healthy 20 incher. Lines back in this time I was trying to get the GoPro set up and just as I get it mantled and turned on I get another vicious strike which I did happen to capture. Released 3 smaller ones no bigger than 14 inches. I did notice that the Cutts had eggs in their digestive system. Possibly perch eggs?? I took a pic of them.I Called it a day to get ready for the family birthday celebrations. Enjoy the video and tight lines!!

Great report and some really nice cut throats! You really have it dialed in. Is Moss Bay in Lake Washington or is that Lake Union?
Thanks- Great job!

Those are either salmon, trout or steelhead eggs. Definitely not Perch eggs because I had one as a pet, and Perch eggs are super small size like Tobiko egg you see in Sushi. and Perch eggs are white.

Awesome fishing video.

OK D j your having to much fun now , Those fatty cutts are a real hoot to catch fore sure , Was wondering if you have seen the new video from Palmer Lake yet , some funny looking set ups , but they seem to work well at least on the east side lakes. I can't stand it any more the waiting !I was by the Wall Mart yesterday picked up a 10' Aruba Kayak , not sure why? but I just couldn't seem to get out of the store with out it. Had thought of maybe going out to the Ole fishing Hole the first of the week and trying some of those crazy rigs like in the video and see if they work for the kokanee here just never know. I've used a different approach to landing those bigger fish , Instead of stopping keep moving in circle and the fish seem to swim right into the net as they come to the boat , a bit simpler then letting them jump and dive all around the boat The vids are gettin good not to long and you'll have quite a collection . Ya man ! I want to go fishing too?
