The places near me include Ted's, Triangle Bait, McDaniel's, Cathcart Grocery, Doug's Boats...I know that you can order online from Ted's and they will ship to you. Hope this helps.

I find that hard to believe.
They haven't planted 12 inch fish in that lake for at least 8 years.
Fish and game say the fish are about 2.5 to a lb
That is usually a 9-10 inch fish.
Hope I'm wrong, I fish there a lot.
But my friend who lives on the lake says 9-10 inch fish.
So that agrees with what the fish and game report says.
There is only a couple of lakes planted with fish 12 inches
in that area and they show up as 1.6 to a lbs on the Fish and
game stocking report. One being Lake 16 and another Lake Erie,
at 1.7 to a lbs.
I find that hard to believe.

5/5/2016 4:10:00 PMActually most of my fish has also been around 10-12 havent fished ki this year but at shoecraft, stickney and tye lake have both produced nice specimens

5/5/2016 4:20:00 PMThats when you know people are bored.. 9-10 , 10-12 does it really matter? There are pictures of the fish in the report. You can see exactly what they are, and you can also see he kept them in the water and im guessing he didnt measure each one either. I think its case of " how dare you be wrong on the internet" and who measures a foot long or less fish anyway lol

5/5/2016 6:20:00 PMIve fished plenty of lakes after a plant where plants have been listed as 2.5 to 2.7 and measured most as 10 - 11 inches. Foryou is generalizing the size anyway i assume since it seems he is not taking the fish out of the water. Like jonb said, does it really matter? He said they are stockers. Its not like he is claiming they are 14 - 16 inch hold overs.

5/5/2016 6:43:00 PMThanks riverhunter, jonb and JoshH for understanding that I was generalizing the size of the fish. I keep the fish in the water when I release them and only tape fish that are larger which I measure in my net before releasing them. Just for fun, I measured a couple of the photos here comparing the lure size in the photo to the length of the fish. According to my calculations, 2 of these fish measured 11.25" and the rest are smaller. In real life, the lure without the hook is 1.5". I guess I will consider this comment as an addendum to my report :)

I'm not questioning him catching 12 inch fish, just that a 12 inch fish will not be a stocker of this year as he stated
