Went for another drive out to Tanwax to fish off of the Resort dock. Bought another Kastmaster Gold 1/2 oz and tried Gama Big River Siwash hooks this time. Caught two nice fat Bows about 14" that I released in the first hour and then nothing else for the next 90 minutes. One other person fishing caught one fish off the bottow with fake work powerbait combo. His fish swam under the dock while we were talking and then I noticed his line under the dock. After a brief tussle he managed to get the fish out from under the dock. To me the fish fight better at Rattlesnake Lake as these are a bit sluggish down at Tanwax. Also, the fish at Rattlesnake have more silver to them than these. Fingers got really cold and I called it a day.
