After a long weather and health hiatus, Jeff got back on the water with many time customer Tom Roberts and his son , Zach. They worked the Bar Fringe, Barrens and Trench with excellent results, fishing Jeff Drifts baited with a piece of Pikeminnow tight to the bottom at about 1 mph. It was a cold drizzle, but compared to the extreme cold of the past few weeks, it was beautiful. It was nice that Mother Nature and the fish cooperated.

How's the Kokanee bite over there? My bro in law, Dad and I were contemplating dragging our boat out there for the first time, and maybe hiring Jeff to show us the ropes on day 1. Any openings available?

To Sideburns: See the report we just posted once Mike gets it up. The bite is fine. It had been a while so Jeff had to get back out and find them. We do have openings. The first week in February is getting pretty crowded though.
