Moses Fishing Report

Took my kayak out this morning from about 10am to 1 pm in the cascade park/Marina area. Targeting smallmouth and largemouth with seniors, spinner baits, swimbait, and crank baits. Water was almost 60 on the surface measured with a swimming pool thermometer, however accurate that may be. I didn't get any bites but I did see two 12-14" largemouth bucks cruising the outer edge of the reeds which tells me that the fish are just starting to move up and should be better fishing in a week or two. On a sideline I took a buddy out Sunday and he caught a 7 lb 12 oz walleye on a sense near the montlake boat launch.

If you don't mind me asking, where is Cascade Park/ Marina and Montlake Boat launch on Moses Lake. I fish Moses a lot and have not heard of either area. I'm always interested in learning new areas. Thanks
