Me and my buddy hit the upper skagit. targeting coho. we were up a little past sedro wolley, We found a space that had no 1 there so we decided to head down and make a few casts. I Plunked a dick knight and my buddy did too, Instant we had fish, All day long we couldn't get through the humpys. I lost probably 8 humpys at shore because of the snags, and my buddy landed 7 humpys and lost 7, I only landed 4 to the shore. After it slowed a little at about 230 pm I changed to a green spin and glow and sand shrimp and then I just started slaughtering them again. Got a lot of bucks, 1 about 6 lbs and the other fish all averaged about 3 to 5 lbs. I had a lot of fun And it was my first time on the lower skagit fishing. will have the pics up soon
