A couple trips with no keepers this week, but did well today landed six total, 4 kings released and two coho retained, one really nice 12 lbs and another about 8. Definitely getting cooler now. Did see one chum caught early this week. seems to be a pretty good coho return here this year. still a chance for a good king, but i'd stay closer to the mouth just because of so many dark kings in the upper river.

Emo, I'd start around the bayveiw-edison bridge, it can get crowded down there on low tide weekends, but week days arnt so bad. You can fish from that bridge all the way to interstate 5. Farm to market rd. bridge can be a good starting point. The river dikes are public so far but with on going littering were losing more and more access. Good luck.

thats a good river for sea-runs and dollies, when i lived in Bellingham i would get catch 3 0r four a day. The limit was 2 min. 14" but i don't know if you can keep them any more. I would use a weighted wooly bugger that was tied too the dropper side of a square knot then a piece of worm about twelve inches below that on the ultra light.
