It was a beautiful morning on the Carbon. Seagulls and an eagle were flying around looking for a meal. No fish for me using eggs but there were 2 other guys who each hooked a dark silver. One spoon guy went through but didn't stay. I was there from 7:30am to 10am. No rain. Water had good color and was about 40 degrees.

Yeah it's sad to say, but I think the silvers are pretty much done now. I still plan on going tomorrow morning and getting my line wet just to see if there are any late runners still coming up. Maybe I'll take the no yarn into consideration there Rob. Hooking 6 is more than I've hooked this season...

Since we are talking salmon, I think one has to be fishing when they are going up the river. Going a couple days after the Indians finish netting might increase the chances. Also after a rain seems to help.
