10/25/2008 9:37:00 AMheavy fly rods I hope this is a tough river to use lite gear. I use a 10.5' 10-20 lbs. rod with 20lbs line. and still lose a lot of fish. But that's part of fishing i guess. I suggest a bright fly a 2/0 or 3/0 hook chartreuse,red,orange. Good luck emo . ps. take a salmon rod just in case.
