Went out after work for half an hour, fished from 4 to 4:30 on the Green (Duwamish) over behind The Best Western. Was casting a gold spinner. The water level of the river was down about 2 feet from what it was last week when I was there. Lots of debris floating down the river (leaves, sticks, weeds) due to the heavy rains earlier in the day. Only one other person fishing (who didn't have any luck either, looked like he was floating a corkie), there was zero visible fish movement in the water (no jumps, boils, or splashes at all). I gave up at 4:30 right after a King Country Fire Department search and rescue boat came screaming down the river at 30mph and scared any fish within a 5 mile radius.
