8/10/2009 9:22:00 AMBecause of enormous numbers of pinks in the bay, as an emergency, pinks were open to fish from the 6th-9th, closed from 10th and will be reopen next weekend.

8/13/2009 9:41:00 AMNot due to an emergancy but due to more then they expected for humpies they did in fact open from the 6th to the 9th. It reopens like Roman said on the 16th.
You should get the WDFW weekender which gives you up to the minute rule changes. This is handy to have as it keeps me in the know at all times.
P.S. I was with a buddy on the 9th and limited out in 20 minutes.
