Started fishing at Langus Park at the Everett Parks Department Rowing Club Pier at about 6:00Am. the pinks were in hot and heavy caught 1 landed and released due to it was snagged. after realeasing casted and hit a 5lb male on 8lb test using a pink Buzz Bomb with Pink Squid.
At about 10Am launched boat and drift fished with pink jig up stream of Lowell boat ramp and was catch and release all day retaind 3 aditional between partner and self.
Saw a lot of boats anchored in the river and fishing but by drifting we were able to put boat in to schools and were catching just as fast as we could release.
ABSOLUTLY PHENOMINAL FISHING TODAY 9/1/2009
