I've been out looking a few times but I figured time to slide the boat in. Hit the bottom launch, talked to a gent in a drift boat that went up in the morning with the tide, no FISH.. So I run down to the salt, 2 boat. I kill the engine and yak. Seems one boat had been looking for Coho all day, NO FISH. So turned to Sturgeon.

I fired up the engine and oh no, only 1 cylender working ?? Well I was happy it got back up to the launch and didn't have to try and row. Then I pulled the cover and what do I see, one of the plug wires was off.

Guess I didn't get it on all the way on start up at home.. So no fish, some guy there as I was leaving said all the fish up North in Alaska and Canada have been 3-4 late so who knows. Then another dude pulled in and just came from the Skagit, NO FISH either.. The fishing derby this weekend isn't looking so good..

Thats funny. Isn't no fish or bites a 1 rating? I clicked on your report seeing it was rated a 3 hoping to read that you caught a silver :) Good to know they're still not in as of yet other than the occasional lucky fisherman taking one. Thanks.

Ya gotta head to Westport before it closes, bring the electronics though, it was foggy mon and tues but I killed the fish out about the 200' level. It was frigin heaven after fishing the sound last week.

yep, I clicked for the same reason......... heading back to Westport this weekend.
