9/20/2010 2:45:00 PMI'll try and make a trip out this coming weekend when the nets are out (I think they come out of the water for the weekends?). Just when you get the fish dialed in the big nets go in. Oh well, such is life fishing the local rivers... Thanx for another report on the Duw/Green.

9/21/2010 8:01:00 AMYea I was down on the Spokane St bridge Sunday and spoke w/ one of the guys using nets. They nets are up from 6pm Sunday to sometime Friday afternoon now I understand. If you don't, mind where do you guys fish up river? I went looking Sunday up a mile or two from the bridge but didn't find anywhere. The guys down on the bridge drive me nuts half the time crossing lines, and when lines get tangled if you don't get urs in before they do they cut ur line.

9/21/2010 4:15:00 PMI've had moments like those with some guys. They can be jerks. I have waders and fish up stream from the bridge and don't really have a problem. The guys that know what they're doing and are polite usually have waders. It's good all along that section of river, there are several places on the green river trail from which to get in the water.
