9/1/2011 7:20:00 AMGood job on the limit, sorry to hear about the rod, how'd it break? My rule on anything I tie on to my line - once it is tied on, count it as gone and if it catches a fish, it paid for itself. Eases the pain a little bit, not much, but a little bit.

9/1/2011 7:28:00 AMI'm still a bit confused on how it broke I had about a 6 lb. pink on and it was near the boat my fishing partner was getting ready to net it and it shook it's head ,but not real violently ...then crack 2/3 rds of my rod fell in the water with the fish . I fought it for another 20 seconds or so then it broke my line . I was able to retrieve the broken part of my rod , and i am going to outdoor emporium this morning to talk about this carbon fiber mistake:{ But it was all in all a fun day

9/1/2011 3:56:00 PMi have got to say this was definately an enjoyable day of fishing with you. no need to have stressed so much about the boat motor...... I wasn't stressed about it ! Well did you get the rod replaced? or does this girl need to go in and set them straight on what bhappened and how quick they need to be handing the new rod over to you ? Anyhow lets do this again, up higher on the river.... I tried tupload your pic here but wasn't able to so I uploaded it under my name with your name attached with the pic....

9/1/2011 9:07:00 PMThanks Leslie I had fun too despite everything. My new rod should be in tomorrow and i am having the outboard tuned by the gentleman in edmonds tomorrow at 10:30. So I have a friend or two bugging me about fishing ,but truly feel I owe you a second more trouble free trip I will text you tomorrow after I get the outboard checked out . Next time I will bring smoked fish spread for sand witches LOL.
