Fished the Tukwilla area this morning from 7-2PM. Silvers were still jumping like the last few days, but they weren't as aggressive. Hooked 4 fish, 1 pink and 3 buck silvers using the #1 50/50 Dick Nite. Cookie cutter 5lbs silvers, except one was around 8lbs. They all were blushing up, but I saw many jumpers that were still chrome. Early on I tried eggs, but couldn't get a bite. Seems to be a pretty good season for Silvers on the Green this year. Gonna hit it again this weekend.

Great report, thanks for the info! Are you still fishing the DN's the same way you were for the pinks?

Wanna hook up and fish the green this weekend? I might go to the green, where are you going?

@yooper: Yep, I fish them the same way. @FishingThePacNW: The area along the Green River Trail, downriver from Brisco Park is where I've been seeing and catching them. Will likely be down there this weekend, but there's a strong possibility I'll be floating the Humptulips this weekend.

I'm still wondering why your catching blushed silvers so low in the system. You'd think they'd all be bright down there. They must be hanging out down there or taking there time coming up.

@Kzoo: I believe they're taking their time. A lot of the fish are fire trucks, by the time they get to Soos Creek. Since these were caught in the lower river, they cut pretty well.

Nothing wrong with the fish you've tagging. My buddies and I trying to figure out best days to go out, revolving around the netting schedule, we assumed it takes a 2 to 3 days to migrate to our spot, but when you get blushed silvers, it looks to be some fish will take a week or more.
