My buddy and I fished this lake on 4/27 and 4/28/05. On the 27th we got there about 1:00 pm. There were about 50 fishermen there when we arrived. We power baited from the north shore of south pond about 100' from the east end. I landed 1 -15" trip about 1 3/4lb. We moved all the way to the canal and didn't get anything. Most everyone else was landing trips about 14"-15". We came back on the 28th at 9:30 am. and fished near the canal. I landed 3 -14" - 16" trips. My buddy landed 1 small bow and a 14" trip. The weight for the 4 trips was just over 8lbs. Almost every one there was landing trips about the same size. I expect that the ponds will be fished out quite early in the season as there were just under 1000 trips planted this year.
