Another unbelieveable day here. I'm not going to tell you what I caught them on but I will tell you the bass are in pre-spawn and the big ones are everywhere. They tend to only bite one thing. I tried a number of different baits yesterday, but only had success with one artificial. It was a great day with numerous bass taken over 5 lbs. and all the rest around three pounds. I caught four over 5lb. I guess all the deployments on post have led to bigger fish and less pressure than in previous years. It was another one of the best days i've had fishing and this is coming from a Georgia boy.
