Yes. Someone had to go out in the monsoon yesterday before the Green got punched so I was the test case. River was not in bad shape when I got to the Auburn area around 8 AM and started fishing for chum. They were rolling in places but not interested in biting. Only one other dummy there in the rain when I got there and he got two chum in the 3 hours I was there so he was happy although wet. I ended up landing a small hatchery chinook jack but that was it. WTF? The river came up a bit while I was there and more color and leaves were present but I am sure it jumped up in the afternoon after I left around 1 PM. On Monday I fished from 9 AM till 1 PM and landed 6 chum so they are making it up the river. While I was there someone hit a near chrome 5lb silver so that run is not finished, yet. Brightest coho I have personally seen that far upriver.

Good job! I checked the river that day and decided it was too high to be productive and didn't bother to go out. Looks like I might have had a chance at at least one or two chum.
