Once again myself and my fishing buddy Al set out to catch the big lunker. We got out there at 11:00 in the morning. It was a great day, water calm, no jet skis, and big fish. The issue was we didn't catch the lunker, but we had fun. I had no fish not even a bite, Al caught 2 fish. He caught a 12inch trout and a 12inch cutthroat trout, it was good to see a cutty. We were using power bait, and It was a hard day, but we will never give up, the water was really cold for this time of the year. We are looking forward to May when the Fish and Game Dept. stocks the triploids. Fly fishermen are having a great time right now, many fish are surfacing all day to get that first hatch of the season. Good luck to you all. See ya on the lake.
