Spent a few hours at Al Borlin Park tossing flies around to see what might be around. There were 4 or 5 other anglers in the area but no one seemed to have much luck. I used a few nymphs, some dries, it was finally the olive woolly bugger on the sinking line that landed the small rainbow. Bonus, first fish I caught on something I tied myself.

Olive woolly buggers are akin to stacked bead spinners for non fly fishermen, they almost always work and catch anything that swims.
