11/13/2013 7:03:00 AMYea its pretty decent smoked. I tried the jerky I made with a buddy if mine and that turned out awesome. Right texture, a little salty, a bit salmony. Overall not too bad. But the Coho I smoke up was excellent. Brine in a brown soar, kosher salt and cracked black pepper mix. Then basted with a apricot jam before being done....num,num,num

11/13/2013 11:38:00 AMThat one is a bit far gone, but if you can get them chrome or lightly striped they are actually quite good in the smoker.
