8/29/2014 4:14:00 PMNice fish! However, it is a resident. Sea lice are brown in color, the copepod you show on the fin is found in fresh water and commonly referred to as a gill louse. In Lake Washington they really hit the kokanee and young sockeye hard.

8/30/2014 6:14:00 AMThey can be found anywhere on the fish. The latch on to weak points which are usually the gills, but can be anywhere a few scales were lost, an open sore, scratch, etc.
