Fished 6-dark in what seemed like high water at the soccer fields, fish were all up on the banks hooked one in the pool upstream from the rocks after hitting opposite bank, then saw fish near shore on the exposed bar side behind me, cast my way back to the trail near dark, had another on.
Forgot my nippers so my yarn was a little unruly, might have been at fault but also I'm gonna put my hook on a swivel from here on out see if that helps. I lose a lot of fish : (
