Fished the upper section on the morning, mostly checking for high water areas to fish. I mostly used sardine wrapped kwikfish either flat line from shore or with side planer. I threw jigs a little also. I foul hooked a white fish with a jig, that was the only action. This river does not fish well high, so I want expecting any action. It was just getting close to a Fishable level yesterday. Then it jumped a foot over night, but that has been the trend all year. I saw two fish roll and two dead chum. Maybe with the cold weather out will finally drop to a Fishable level. Good luck.
