9/29/2015 7:24:00 PMGF - Park at the skate park, make the long walk in (i actually bring my bike). When you get to the river, cut back to your left. The entire Carbon has to pass through that little 20 foot channel of water.It is a staging ground in between elevation gains and rapids. If the water is flowing fast, play the far bank. If it is slow, there is a deep channel at your feet on the rocks. I fish just above the lower rapids. There are a few snags, but three lines that the fish take. I can clean up when everyone is having a slow day.
