Father and I spent May19-20 at two different lakes. They are east of Seattle, west of Spokane, north of Tri-Cities, and south of the Canadian border. They both have access if you are willing to work at it. We float tubed both days. Saturday was a quick limit of stocker rainbows followed by about 20 largemouth 8-13", 30 crappie 8-12" and dozens of sunfish. Used wedding ring w/ worm, plain worms, and 2" curly tailed grubs. Sunday at the other lake was about a dozen foot long crappies, a few sunfish, and dozens of largemouth from 8-17". Mostly caught on nightcrawlers. The weather sucked but the fishing was hot.
