5/13/2008 2:22:00 PMLemagoat It is long. I posted a bunch of reports last year during the spawn and the days after I seen people out there plucking them of their beds and keeping them. So I told myself during the spawn I would post under the secret lakes section until they are done. I don't mind telling you and the few others that I know are out there fishing for sport. But I kind off felt responsible for that last year. I tell you what though I seen probally 4 to 7 females that all had to be over 8# because they dwarfed this guy. If you ever see a little 15 foot challenger bass boat out there it is me stop and say hi.

5/14/2008 7:21:00 AMThat's awsome you do that, there was a small lake down here in centralia/chehalis area I always did good at even some bigger fish, hardly anyone fished it, then people started seeing me and my buddy out there all the time now it's always got someone in it, people keeping alot of fish too, I went once this year and seen one guy with 3, 2 pounders on a stringer and if i'm not mistaken that's illeagel aint it? they were all over 14 inches! and under 18. I couldnt catch any in there anymore. well you prob wont see me out there I only fish in a little 2 seater plastic boat, I'm a small lake kinda guy.

When we went there the other day I had two on this size but got all excited and missed one completly and the other I lost at the boat. And yeah I believe those fish are in the slot limit. They need to patrol these boat launches more and check these people coming of the lake. Maybe that will cut down on people keeping them illeagaly. If I don't run into you on the water have a good year fishing.

5/14/2008 9:13:00 AMYeah there is monsters in mac, I've only got out there once this year, did ok, weather was awful, I hope my year warms up with the weather because I aint doing worth a you know what!
