OK people, The RW trip between Omak Lake and Lake Chelan was much less eventfull, and turned into a show-up and earn your stripes type of day.We finally made it to Seatons Grove around 10:00 I believe and met a young fellow named Jeff (I believe) and was going out and asked us to go along. Chris and I thought it a great idea to go out with someone who knows the water and area. We tried the upper pens, the lower pens, and everything in between. It was just one of those days where nothing was happenning. We seen evidence of three fish caught all day, and our host had one hit at the upper pens at dusk. We did learn a few things and where to go, so the fishing was great! We will work on the catching at a later date.

Sorry to hear of the slow bite, but you guys did get on the water and see some of the teritory. I may be wrong, but Not many people will think to check out the #17 "columbia River" section for your report, but I'm glad I checked, as I was wondering where your report was. Rufus is a difficult body of water to fish on some days, so I hope you get a chance to do it again. Thank's for sharing the experience and look forward to reading more of your reports in the future.
