After my first attempt using kekedata flies for Roosevelt kokes and limiting on trout yesterday but no kokes I gave it another shot today and was impressed by the results. No problems limiting on trout again as well as putting 3 kokes including a 22 1/4 inch beauty in the well. I'm really impressed the way these flies run true with a pulsating action and quality hooks for consistent landings. We didn't lose one fish using these today, but did on "other" lures.

Very nice Kok's. Did the planer boards get most the fish? I was down on Friday and only picked up one 20" kok but no planer board.

That's what I'm talking about! Man, you guys are killing it right now. Awesome report. I'm glad the pink Kekedas could pick up some Kokanee for you this time out. Great report.

I've been running boards and lots of success on the trout esp with rap orange plugs but all trout no kokes. Kokes this weekend were off long line straight out the back 180-220 ft & 5/8th oz keel sinkers. Good luck, fish over deep water.

Thanks onerka007. I have some of Dave's pink flies also and I also had 1/2 oz keel sinker on one of the lines. I put the smiley blades with some pink beads too. The one Kok I caught was at 26' on a pink hootchie. I noticed the water was glass when the picture was taken with the big Kok. It was glass all day Friday.

onerka007 - Those are really some nice kokanee. Great pictures! Glad to hear the pink Kekeda worked on the kokes; guess I need to add the pink ones to my arsenal of Kekeda tackle. Alan

I'd add the orange ones too! Sunday was off and on breeze, but when it's rolling down river from Suwaillia you can usually find calm water up at the bend in the basin, but as I'm sure you know the chop water seems better for surface trolling.
