Well had a chance to get out for some of my most favorite fish to fish for "Walleye". Launched at Porcupine Bay headed down river and spent first few hours of daylight trolling the "Banks Lake Special" in 14 to 30 feet of water and hit some 19 inchers and a 18 and some in the 15-16 inch range. Didn't have much time to fish had other appts to make that afternoon, nothing I dislike more then those appts that take up fishing time! Ended up down by Macoys jigging in 37-42 feet of water and picked up our last couple of "Eyes" before we headed back to the launch. Hope you enjoy the pics? "Tight Lines and Keep Reelin"

That is a nice mess of Walleye, especially for a short day. Can't wait till I can post a decent Walleye report.

Thank You "snatchinglips" , This is my most favorite time of the year, "Its Walleygator Time", time to fill the freezer with fillets! See ya out on the water sometime, heading to My most favorite place to fish for walleyes on Friday, "BANKS LAKE" I have caught some of my biggest fish there. "Tight Lines and Keep Reelin"

I was thinking of heading over too, but since I live in marysville I have to hope that the weather is good enough to for me to get some fish and make my trip worth it. Last year I camped at barker canyon for two nights and had a blast with my family om my wooldridge. I will have to plan a trip over there so you can teach me a few things and get my walleye gear and skill where you are.
