Then tried the west side in direct sun. Tried shallow bank, then the deeper edge in 10-15'.
Fished the weedy hump in the middle.
As I was leaving the hump, found a small isolated patch of weeds in 19', but nothing biting in it. Then back east side. The SMB was on the east side in about 12' of water on deep corner of dock.

8/2/2017 8:22:58 AMI asked because I have been fishing Sammamish the last two days. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I kept working around the shade as the sun came up. Seems that the most productive has been in about 15 - 18 fow on the edge of the weedline. We picked up six in the 3 lb size in one small area. I kept laughing as I thought we were catching the same fish as all were released in the same area, but they all varied about 1/4 to 1/2 inch, so I know they were different fish. All just hugged the bottom and didn't make the usual side run away from the bottom Getting too hot now for me. I thought about Sawyer so I could start earlier there.
