Happy to report I did finally find some fish today.... Had to go as far upriver as Auburn.

Fish stacked pretty thick in some holes.

100 percent were pinks. Did not observe any coho jumping or rolling.

Hooked 4, landed 2. Released 2 very humped pink bucks. All 4 fish were foul hooked.

Was sight fishing the pinks in holes with corky and yarn. Black red combo worked best but had a few mouthy feeling bites on orange white as well.

Even soaked in scent and dropped in the middle of fish... None were very interested in biting unless literally put inches from their mouth.

Seemed the fish only had 1 thing in mind but was good to at least catch up to where they were.

No signs of cohos anywhere and I probably stopped 10 spots between Seattle and Auburn.

Thanks for the update. Sounds like you scouted pretty hard! The reports in the sound definetely line up. Coho are still holding in the salt until some more rain. Maybe this weekend will push them in.
