6/19/2018 12:42:02 PMGood to hear about the Tench .used to catch 1 or 2 every time i fished Sprague Lake. Thought they were pretty Good Eating . Just a Cool looking fish as well . Thank You for a Great report . I used to know some folks that caught a lot of perch on Downs.

6/19/2018 3:30:33 PMI'd love to hit some perch. All I could get to take 'crawlers were the 'bows and Tench. Lots of fight from both species especially considering I use ultralight gear!

6/20/2018 6:07:47 AMI think they would use a jig with a chunk of worm under a bobber and drop it into the spaces around the lilly pads and such. Cant beat a Kayak and ultralight gear it has become my favorite way to fish.
