Launched onto the lake approx 10:30 AM and started trolling with a Egg-sucking Leech on a sinking line. After a couple of hours on the lake, hooked up with the first fish of the day, a 13 inch rainbow. After I removed the fly from the fish, I pitched the fly back into the water about 15 feet from the boat and continued reviving the fish that I just caught when I noticed the remainder of the flyline on the bottom of the boat being pulled out of the boat. Releasing the first fish, I immediately now realized I had another fish on and eventuially landed a 14 1/2 inch rainbow. I eventually caught 6 rainbows ranging from 13-18 inches in length.
The surprise of the day came while trolling the south shoreline. This was the 7th fish that I caught and at first I thought that I had a small brown on, but after netting the fish, which was approx 10 inches in length, I realized the fish was a Tiger trout.

The website listed above has a very good picture of a Tiger Trout and the fish that I caught was a VERY similar fish.
On 10/1/2004, I happen to catch a 4 inch fish which resembled a Tiger and although the lake is now noted for Rainbows and Brown Trout, I'm wondering if Tiger's are now being planted?
