10/1/2019 7:15:53 AMNo, we didn't try Loon. I should note that getting out on Deer Lake was pretty interesting. The launch area out to deep water is really shallow. I had to have the motor tipped up for a good distance to make it out. (Public Launch).. A pontoon boat came in just ahead of us and was saying that they may have screwed up their prop. Anyhow, anyone going there should consider the resort launch maybe??? I guess this is fairly normal for this time of year up there.
