With everyone's freezers now full of Sockeye and Kings interest in Kokanee usually subsides this time of year. Only one other boat on the lake on a Sunday morning. My first fish of the day was a toad 18.5" 2 lb Kokanee caught on a dropper rig with a pink dodger and microshrimp. As an experiment I was running dropper rigs vs leadcore and it didn't take long to catch my limit including another fish pushing 2 lbs. Fish were hanging at 20-30' deep and hitting corn soaked in garlic bloody tuna. Slower troll speeds around 1.2 to 1.3 mph seemed best.

Hey Upland, It's the "Gator" was wondering how the fishing in Brewster pool was doing, from watching your videos, I heard you say you live there, so could you give me a heads up on how fishing is in the Brewster pool for Kings and Sockeyes, would appreciate it very much? My phone number if you would prefer to call is #509-994-1927, Thank you.

Its slowing down quite a bit. I was out there about 4 or 5 days ago for my last trip of the season. I scratched out two Sockeye. Still red and firm but not much fat left on those fish. A few brighter Kings are still rolling in but it feels like its getting close to being done.
