4/16/2021 8:10:01 AMThanks for the report. What are the 4 lakes that are closed? We're heading in that direction in May for some float tube fly fishing and didn't know of the closure. I'm sure the WDFW would have it listed but I figured you might save me a bit of time. Probably better have a look anyway to keep myself out of trouble. Chironomids working this time of year?

4/16/2021 8:29:04 AMOnly big 4 is closed, or should I say empty. Sorry if I didn't say it right. Watson no longer has an access bridge, so for now it's a walk from rainbow or wade the river like i did. Spring, Blue, Rainbow and Deer all fish well on different days. Curl opens later after the steelhead smolts are released.
Fishing from floating devices is not allowed, but you can find plenty of spots to fish from shore. By may Bennington should have trout, bass and crappie and is tube friendly.
