We got on the lake at 11:30 A.M. and started trolling on the east side of the boat launch with my Black woolly bugger with a barbless hook and didn't get any strikes. My buddies were using the same thing but no strikes at this point. So we decided to go to the northwest part of the lake and wow we got 10 fish in 1 hour ranging from 12 to 14 inches. We released 8 of the fish so we can keep fishing, next we started trolling the middle of the lake and bam 3 fish ranging 14 to 17 inches. In 2 hours on the lake we caught 30 fish and it was empty no one was on the lake just 4 boats, everywhere else like (KI, McMurry) had 50+ boats on the lake. We got Lucky.
