I decided to take a couple of hours this evening to relieve some
stress. My friend Peter and I fished for less than three hours tonight and some luck. More than I can say for the family of Mallard Ducks who were preyed upon by a couple of bald eagles. The Eagles were very majestic and selective on their trip. They had a couple of Hooded Mergansers ( FISH EATING DUCKS) a few feet
from them and did not attack them. I guess the rest of nature knows what a quality tasting duck is.
As noted above the fishing was good with 9 trout hitting the bag. Peter would have picked up his limit but when I dipped
net it hit the line. Anyhow we had fun catching those hard hitting trout.
