Well, I'm going to post a report that will upset a lot of people, since there isn't public access to this lake. Started off with powerbait, and 10 seconds later had a 17 incher. Swallowed the hook, so I kept it. Switched to an 1/8 ounce kastmaster(chrome w/blue stripe), and on the first cast nailed a 22.5 inch bow! Okay, I'm thinking this has got to be a total fluke, so after I release the 4-5 lber, I cast out again. To make a long story short, in one hour I caught and released 13 rainbows, smallest being
the 17 incher, largest being a 32 inch, 12.8 lber.The biggest and smallest fish were kept. On a side note, the largest fish was probably a triploid, as it showed no sign of sexual maturity.
