Hi. We went out on the lake and we were not catching a lot of fish and my uncle put on a little hot shot and caught a couple of whitefish. So I decided to switch to one of those in the medium size. About a half an hour of trolling the lake I hooked in to something. It jumped out of the water about a foot or two. So we thought it was a bass. It took me about 15 minutes to get it in and when we did it wasn't a bass it was a huge rainbow trout. It was 22 and 1/2 inches and weighed almost 5 pounds. That was the biggest rainbow I have ever seen caught, also I am only 15 years old now. But that was the biggest trout that I have ever caught.
