Weather was cold and rainy in the morning and throughout much of the afternoon. Weatherman got me again. Water is 40-50 feet low, but a great chance to explore for new spots for when the level returns to normal. Many boats on the water trolling for coho. Some caught between 8 and 12 inches, but most of the people I talked to thought that it was slow. However, everyone was catching something. Even from shore. Use nightcrawlers or white corn and fish shallow. From shore, fish nightcrawler on the bottom and settle down to wait. Unfortunately due to boat problems, I did not get to do any bass fishing and didn't find anyone who did. Although I did hear rumors of a couple of smallies being caught earlier in the week.
