Fished from shore just above the Dam. We didn't get a bite and out of 4 other fisherman only saw two small rainbows cought. We used the usual marshmallow and worm and some powerbait but had no luck at all. One of the regulars there told me that there wasn't enough current that day and he explained that if there isn't a strong current you might as well go home. You need a heavy weight (3/4 Oz.) or more and very sharp hooks on 10 lb leader. If you hook a triploid and he gets you in the milfoil (weeds) you will lose him. You need very heavy trout or light stealhead equipment to control the fish.
