have been fishing cushman for about 5 years now from early spring to late fall. Depending on the water level the fishing is good. I usually launch from the resort at the south end of the lake and head across to the south west shore. i have had my best luck in the 10-40 ft water depth. Blades with wedding ring and night crawler work well, but I also have caught a few casting a small spoon into the coves. If your not having any luck head towards the north west corner. be carefull up there because the stumps are everywhere sometimes only a foot down. light blades will keep you up and theres always fish under and around the stumps. Cutthroats,kokanee,and rainbows from 9-16 inches make for a great day of fishing.
