Went fishing both Saturday and Sunday. Got my 5 fish both days. Ranged in size from 11"-15". Rigged with small barrel sinker, barrel swivel, 3-4 foot of leader and small trout hook. Used pink, green or red powerbait it didn't matter. But you had to keep your line from going slack after you toss it out. The fish were biting while the line was sinking. If you had a slack line you wouldn't know they were biting and that your hook was empty by the time it hit the bottom. Anyway, tried to help a father and son with the technique and rigging and they finally started catching a few fish. Had a great time and the fish were huge.
